No. Every core function — records, fees, grades, report cards and full exams — runs offline on your own server over your local network. Internet is only for optional reach (parents off-site, off-campus backup).

All data lives on your own School2XServer, on-site, encrypted. You can export everything to CSV, PDF or SQL at any time. No lock-in — the data belongs to your school.

Exams run offline on each station; a reboot or outage mid-paper resumes the candidate exactly where they were, with the right time left. Nothing is lost. The exam officer monitors every station live.

Reach pauses — but no record is deleted or locked away. Your administrator can always open the server and export everything. Renewing restores full function instantly.

Yes. We guide server setup and record loading, and in supported regions we offer on-site installation and networking. Staff onboarding is part of getting you live.
